After training at the Crillon Hotel in Paris, he worked for 10 years together with the famous chocolate maker Pierre Marcolini. During those 10 years he acquired with Pierre an enormous experience and created with him “Les Tartes de Pierre”. His knowledge and love for this profession will make “Secret Gourmand” a success and he will offer you anytime a great moment of happiness.
Frédéric Schlissinger
Educated from the Hotel Management School in Namur, Belgium with International work experiences in San Francisco, St-Barth and Montreal. During his entire life he has been familiarized with a high quality cuisine combined with a great passion for new flavors. He gained from his father, Olivier Schlissinger famous cook from restaurant “De Bijgaarden” 2 Michelin stars for 18 years, an important knowledge as well as a passion for gastronomy with the desire of sharing this with food lovers.
Gérald Evers
Great passionate of greedy joys, he joined the team with the aim of sharing his pleasure as well as his will to offer an everyday quality product. Graduated from Antwerp Management School, far away from becoming part of a project such as “Secret Gourmand”, he was captivated by Philippe’s technical knowledge and Frederic’s gastronomical experiences.
